For IPELS 2011 there will be a registration/activity fee which includes 2 dinners, 3 lunches and all breaks. We encourage persons interested in participating in this workshop to register as soon as possible and to follow the instructions given for payment of registration fees.

Registration Fees

Early Registration (Deadline April 30, 2011):   $585 US
Registration (Deadline May 31, 2011): $635 US
Late or on-site registration (Payment received after May 31):   $685 US

Guests or Spouses who are NOT meeting participants
Guests of participants who wish to attend the Sunday July 10 reception/town hall meeting or the Thursday July 14 working dinner must purchase a ticket:

Sunday July 10 reception/town hall meeting Fee:$35 US
Thursday July 14 working dinner Fee: $50 US

For DOE-funded attendees: $35 of the registration fee is unallowable.

METHODS OF REGISTRATION PAYMENT

Payment methods accepted onsite at the conference include Cash $US (on-site only), Personal Check $US, Traveler's Check $US.

 

Registration Cancellation/Refunds

A notification of cancellation and a request for a refund must be received in writing by May 31, 2011. All cancellation/refund requests will be assessed a $25 processing fee REGARDLESS OF THE REASON FOR CANCELLATION.
